1 · Inquiry form
When you submit the inquiry form we receive the name, email address, compound of interest, COA preference, and message you enter. These are delivered to our sales mailbox (email service: Emailit) and answered by the research desk. We use them only to process and reply to your inquiry.
2 · Automatic receipt
Submitting an inquiry triggers one confirmation email to your address (subject "Your Vyroval inquiry … — received"). This is transactional, not marketing; there is no newsletter and no drip sequence.
3 · Telegram bot
If you write to @vyroval_bot, Telegram provides us your username and user ID. Conversation context is kept in Cloudflare Workers KV for 7 days so the bot can answer follow-ups, and expires automatically after that.
4 · Anti-spam protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may process technical signals (IP address, browser metadata) to distinguish humans from bots. This is the only third-party script that observes form visitors.
5 · No advertising trackers or cookies
This site sets no advertising, analytics, or social-media tracking cookies. Page requests pass through Cloudflare's network, which keeps standard, short-lived security logs.
6 · Retention and your rights
Inquiry emails live in our mailbox as long as needed to serve the relationship (typical: while a quote or order is open). You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. Children's data is never collected knowingly.
7 · Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. The current page is always the governing version.
